I cannot find a place to register a new account after trying to sign in on an outdated account.

I had an account a years ago and have had the same email address for many years. Firefox insists that the password is wrong for my email acct. I tried to set up a new acct and cannot find a place to do that or even a place to change the one I have to the newer one.

When was your account created?
