How can I export distribution lists to the new secretary of a group?

I am no longer able to be secretary of a group. I have 3 mailing lists for this group and need to pass them on to the new secretary, who uses a different email package. Is there any way I can send her these or must I write them all down for her? It won't let me 'select all'.

So, what types of address book data files can your successor use?

With the help of the MoreFunctionsForAddressBook add-on you'll be able to export your Mailing List as CSV files or VCF (vcard) files. I'd be surprised if neither of these formats suited your needs.
