Thunderbird is a free e-mail program. To be a "customer", you would have had to pay for the program.

If you did pay for Thunderbird, then you have been scammed: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/avoid-and-report-mozilla-tech-support-scams

After we upgrade the system,

What "upgrade" are you talking about? To your company servers? To your company computers? To just Thunderbird on one computer?

Important! Sending one e-mail to many people using any regular e-mail program can be interpreted by e-mail servers as spam. E-mail servers usually will not allow more than a certain number of receipts for a single e-mail. How many recipients will depend on the policies of the company running the server.

Companies who send out the same e-mail to many people should set up other e-mail arrangements than use a regular e-mail program like Thunderbird.
