• Please make sure that your internet connectivity (Wi-Fi/ Mobile data) is working properly and is turned on.
• If internet connectivity is working properly and other applications are working properly, hold the home button and close the application causing trouble.
• If the Firefox Browser is having issues, try clearing cookies and data:

1. To clear your cookies and data from the browser, complete the following steps:
2. Open the browser and tap the tab in the upper right.
   • The sidebar will open.
3. Tap the gear button at the top to open the browser settings.
4. Tap the Clear cookies and private data button.

• If none of the above solved your issue, please reboot your device to see if it helps.

Also, please provide the model of the device you have and the current OS that is running. As well as, please provide link(s) to the website where you are having the issue.

I tried deleting cookies, restarted browser, no luck. I have WinProXP. I get on www.craigslist.com and pull up an entry. This entry will have several thumbnail photos underneath the large photo. I click on a small photo and no new one appears. I even tried to just place curser on photo but no change occurs. What else might I be doing wrong? Do I need to add another addon?

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

• Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
• Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
• Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

• Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

• Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

• Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
