I want to be able to drag and drop webpages into my bookmark toolbar at top of page. Have Firefox 5.01

I have 2 laptops. My main one crashed. I am simply trying to find a way to be able to "drag and drop" a webpage into the bookmark toolbar at the top of the page. I can't remember what I did to be able to do that on my other laptop. Can't find it anywhere! Pretty confusing website for new firefox users who are not familiar with the firefox lingo!
