I have signed up for Mozilla VPN and paid for it. I cannot find it on my desktop computer. Help is no help, as they say I have to sign in to Mozilla VPN first...how can I do that when I cannot find it in the first place. I don't see it anywhere on my desktop and don't know where to look.

Hi Jacrow, I had a similar problem I think. When I went to vpn.mozilla. org and signed in using the button in the top r.h. corner I got a screen up with my email address shown and I clicked on it. That took me to the wrong place because I had actually signed up to VPN using a different email address. When it was drawn to my attention that something was probably wrong with my user account it made me realise what I had done. Signed in with the other email address and, hey presto, every thing worked properly. Best of luck.
