  • Haz clic en ≡ > Ayuda y selecciona Información de Solución de Problemas. La pestaña Información de Solución de Problemas se abrirá.
  • Bajo la sección Configuración Básica de Aplicación, encuentra la fila de Carpeta de PerfilDirectorio de Perfil, luego haz clic en Abrir CarpetaMostrar en FinderAbrir Directorio. Se abrirá una ventana con el contenido de tu carpeta de perfil.Se abrirá tu carpeta de perfil.
Nota: Si no puedes abrir o utilizar Thunderbird, sigue las instrucciones en Encontrando tu perfil sin abrir Thunderbird.
