How do I cancel my subscription to Firefox Relay?

At any point, you have the option to terminate your Firefox Relay subscription. By doing so, the auto-renewal feature will be disabled, and upon the conclusion of your subscription period you will no longer have access to premium features.

Note: Canceling your subscription will transition your account back to a free plan, which will limit the generation of additional masks if you have more than 50 already created. However, you'll still receive forwarded emails from any premium masks associated with your account.

Cancel your Firefox Relay subscription

  1. Sign in to your Mozilla account at https://accounts.firefox.com
  2. In the panel to the left, under Settings, select Paid subscriptions.
  3. Find the Active subscriptions section.
  4. Click Cancel subscription.

Get a refund

  1. Click Get Help.
  2. On the Mozilla Support page, select Contact Support.
    • Under What are you contacting us about?, select Other.
    • Enter Refund Request in the Subject (optional) field.
    • Explain why you are requesting a refund in the Description of the issue field.
    • Click the Send button.
Note: Canceling your subscription won't delete your Mozilla account. You must have an active subscription to access subscription support options.
