Firefox and Firefox Focus are no longer supported on Android versions 5, 6, and 7 from October 2025.

Focusing development on Android 8 and above helps us to build a more modern Firefox for Android using up-to-date tools and technologies and means we can put more energy into features that matter, such as better performance, stronger security, and new experiences.
