Dear Sir, I had the previous version of Firefox and got updated to version Firefox 26....I am using the IDsafe from Symantec Internet Security and now no add-ons are available to get it running on version 26...This happened before with other versions. The question: Where can find the preceding version of Firefox??? In what and where Mozilla database ?

hello, according to norton the identity safe is already compatible with firefox versions including the current release version. please run the norton liveupdate utility repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the addon is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.
