Alice: I just sent you an update regarding Better Surf Plus 1.1. That is indeed the full name of this updated version of this malware program. Please block it in Firefox to prevent so many thousands of other users from losing their time trying to figure out how to solve the bug or problem with their computers. I also removed it from my internet explorer as per your advice on how to remove Better Surf.

PS: I tried to reply to an email from you, but postmaster@mail.hotmail.com says: "Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed. notifications@support.mozilla.org" So, I'm writing this email to yu in Firefox. Hope this helps.
