Firefox doesn't use the term "favorites", they're known as bookmarks on most browsers other than IE and IE-clones.
Firefox button > Print -> Print Preview & Page Setup

Firefox calls it Bookmarks.
I found my favorites on my own, your information was no help. It would be nice if there was one tab that would open Favorites as in explorer and one for print with the option of print preview and page setup. Firefox needs to be more intuitive without having to drop down menus to find your task.
