lenovo b520 touchscreen ZOOM does not work in firefox but works in IE, and i really prefer to use firefox. HELP!!

Brand new lenovo B520 all-in-one with touchscreen.

The ZOOM big & small function will not work on Firefox version I just downloaded today 10/3/2011, but works fine on IE argggghhhh.......

Lenovo tech supports says ZOOM also works on Chrome. I don't want to have to use Chrome every time I wanna use the zoom function. The whole reason I bought this computer was for this function, and to continue using Firefox.
