When I was running FF3.6,everything was fine. However, recently I switched to FF4 and I noticed problems with the fullscreen mode. When in fullscreen mode, the cursor has to stay in the top of the window for at least 15 seconds for the tabs and navigation bar to pop up.

That is a pre-release version that is many months away from being a finished product. As such, it is probably best posting in the MozillaZine Builds forum, where users who are testing the pre-release versions hang out. They are more knowledgeable about pre-release versions like that. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=23

There is a thread started every day that discusses what was fixed in the nightly that was just released, what was partially fixed, and what regressions have been recently reported. This is one of those nightly discussion threads: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1937639
