Do these images work if you change the .pdf file extension to .jpg or the correct file extension for this kind of image (the server might send WebP images). You can check this also in the Network Monitor.

Hi Bill, if the above doesn't resolve the issue, could you explain how you are downloading those images? For example:

• right-click (one button? Ctrl+click) the image > Save Image As...
• right-click (one button? Ctrl+click) the image > Open Image in New Tab, then Command+S to save
• some other method
