For 3 days I have been trying to install Firefox. Firefox dowloads and starts installing. I have set Firefox as my default browser and turned off antivirus to not interfere with the install. It appears to install and then gives an error message that the address of the download file is incorrect (see attached JPG). I sometimes get a message about a file being corrupted (roughly one time in each five tries) also shown in the JPG. I have tried clean installs at least a dozen times (delete the programfiles/mozilla node and then do a fresh download. After clicking download have selected both run and save multiple times. I always get the error message about a bad address. Any help would be greatly apprediated. Thanks.

This appears to be an issue with your graphics driver. Try updating or reinstalling it to see if it helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have updated my graphics driver with a new driver that is only 6 days old, did a clean download but still get the URL error message. I would still be happy to receive any help. Thanks.

Hi, you say you have deleted the Firefox installation folder from one of the following locations -

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

Make sure you then download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
