If you didn't delete your Firefox profile folder when uninstalling Firefox, the password data is probably still there.

If you did delete that and the data did not come back when you logged into Firefox Sync, unfortunately you are likely out of luck. Firefox Sync isn't a data backup service and can be unreliable if used as such.

If you are logged into Firefox Sync on another device, it's possible that the missing data is still available on that other system and can be recovered from there.
