I have installed Firefox on my new macbook, and wants to sync everything from my old installation of Firefox on a Linux PC.

Steps done:

- Activate Firefox Sync on both devices
- Both devices asks me to install Firefox on mobile to continue
- Installed Firefox on mobile
- Mac computer still doesn't allow me to see the open tabs on the Linux installation, only the open tabs on Firefox mobile.
- Attempted disabling the Firefox Sync for mobile again, but then the Mac installation again requests me to activate mobile.

I don't really care about syncing to mobile right now
