I have satellite internet which limits gb's per month. Will sync consume a lot of mb's if I turn it on?
For example, using google drive chewed up all my gigabytes. Will syncing Firefox do something similar?
One PC is windows 7, one is windows 10.

Probably not, unless you are adding data such as bookmarks and logins all the time or install many extensions. But forget about syncing tabs and browsing history - those can consume a lot of data depending upon how much your surf the internet; there is a direct correlation with usage andthe amount data which is transferred via Sync.
