i have an i Mac, and I have been using Firefox for years. I recently started to have trouble loading my Comcast emails when i use Firefox. I am able to load my emails using yahoo and safari.. but not on Firefox. Is there anything i can do to fix this? i tried resetting firefox several times.. and at first it seemed to fix the problem, then after the first 5 minutes, it was back at not loading my emails. So I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it.. but no luck at fixing the problem. Any ideas?

try clearing your cache and cookies to see if it fixes the problem.Incase it doesn't,then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
