I want to make my firefox storing password but when I am going to log in into any site, it should not remember that password (after typing my email, no auto completing of password). That means I want to store password in my firefox but log in every time with typing password. How can this possible?

Do you want to make Firefox fill the name or do you want to type the name as well?

You can make Firefox store the name and password and then disable the Password Manager to prevent filling the form.

  • Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Remember passwords for sites"

If you want to make Firefox enter the name then you need to do that via saved form data (you need to type the name while the Password Manager is disabled).

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history": "Remember search and form history"

Note that saved form data is not encrypted.
