After the Mozilla upgrade all my toolbars and tabs are black, white and grey. How can I change these back to color?

I was upgraded to Firefox 10.0. I also had tabs, toolbars, bookmarks and favorites transferred from IE to disappear. My firefox was working fine until they did this upgrade. I can't even uninstall it. I am really pretty aggravated.. I have tried all kinds of suggestions as of yet nothing is working.
