I still have my Mozilla Firefox 47.0 (x86 en-GB. size 91.4 MB version 47.0 in my Programs & Features.

But when I try to open my Firefox Icon I get a pop-up saying the item 'Firefox.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so the shortcut will no longer work properly. Then it says Do you want to delete it.

Please can you help ? I don't want to lose all my bookmarks, which I have within my Firefox browser.

Reinstall Firefox. As far as your bookmarks and other Firefox data, they're probably gone. Doing a Windows system restore to an earlier time probably lost them, unless you specifically told Windows to include them in preferences for restoration. If that is the case Firefox should be able to find that data and use it once Firefox is reinstalled.
