Even reseted, Firefox 29 is not saving home pages

Using Firefox 28 and 29 the problem is there. I selected two pages to be open when Firefox starts. The seleccion works fine while I close and open Firefox, but if I restart Windows, the selected pages are replaced by the Mozilla ones. I reseted Firefox as recommended, but I could solve the issue. OS is Windows 7 Ultimate I would appreciate your help, I apologize for my English
