I'd try starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide and the Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems article as well.

There is also some information in Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can and Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox that might be helpful as well.

Finally, since you are having trouble with outlook and your anti-virus program your issue may be because you've been hit with some Malware.

thanks I give it try already tryed safe mood and still got the same error message. i also found this notice in the error counsel Failed to load XPCOM component: C:\Users\dasn\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\d60pllyk.default\extensions\{635abd67-4fe9-1b23-4f01-e679fa7484c1}\components\extconfig.js. I am thinking some kind of registry error . tryed registry cleaner but still getting same error

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
