Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

I disabled the hardware acceleration, but it didn't make a difference. I have added a screenshot of a webpage to show you how the text looks. It looks green to me.

Thanks for your feedback. I can now see that the screen shot text is normal. It didn't show up that way on my monitor until I found a fix for my problem.

I was able to reset my monitor to its original factory settings and the problem was resolved. It had nothing to do with the computer itself.

Thanks again for the input.
