how can I prevent these constant updates? You are looking and acting more and more like Windows and IE. Give me a break from the constant barage! How do I do that?

No more details needed. I don't like your new constantly bothering me with frequent updates.. How can I get the updates on my timing not yours? Feels very controlling on your part.

I could still be using the Google ToolBar with Windows 7 if you guys were not soooo pushy! I suspect there is mor3e to this for you than for me. So,again, all I want to know is how to stop the auto updating?
