Somehow, all of my inbox e-mails disappeared. Since you have changed the format of site, it has been hard for me to adapt. How do I get all inbox e-mails back ?

Does the problem occur on a popular webmail site such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Windows Live Hotmail? If so, there might be an answer among the recent posts here.

Thank you. Yes I have AOL as my basic service, but go straight to Mozilla from there. I think I hit something, there was a pop-up with an 'error' on it - and to get it off my screen I hit the pop-up.... all of my hundreds of inbox e-mails disappeared.... If you can help suggest getting it back, i would be indebted. thanks again. Pascal

Are you talking about webmail.aol.com in the Firefox browser or AOL email in a email client like Thunderbird?.

Firefox is a web browser not a email client.

If Thunderbird then see http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=50 and http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging

I click on the Mozilla Firefox icon on my screen, AOL pops up. Then I go to web browser : https://webmailcluster.perfora.net/xml/webmail/Login;jsessionid=F9941339D999A76128A9CBF09C347F45.TC134b?__reuse=1277086452001 This is not the issue. This has never been a problem before. I just clicked on pop-up and shouldn't have. How do I get back my inbox messages that have COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED ? Where do I go back to dig them out ? AOL has a trash been that you can go back to fo deleted messages... I am not a computer 'geek', need some assistance - thats all. Thanks.

I haven't used 1&1 webmail for a while. If I can remember my password (!!) I'll check it out later.
