Text distorts as I scroll in Firefox 4

I recently upgraded to Firefox 4 this morning. But now as I scroll, the text on the web page blurs and distorts. I've never seen this issue until this morning post-upgrade. If I merely click to another tab or application on my laptop (PC-Windows XP), and come back to the web page, the screen shows normally.

Ideas?
