when I access apple.com/support with firefox as my browser and try to download a pdf file it is reported as damaged. If I do the same thing with IE explorer as my browser, it downloads fine. My version of firefox is 3.6.1.3. What gives?
The file I tried to download is a user manual for the ipod touch. The version of acrobat reader is 10.0 (although I don't think that is relevant to the problem. Everything I mentioned above is accurate. Everything works fine if I am using IE as my browser, but with Firefox somehow the pdf file is damaged during download. Is there and add-on I need or could an add-on I'm using be the problem. I do have ad block activated.
