I cannot uninstall a theme. I unistall it but it comes right back.
I think the problem is with a theme called "Snoopy rain". Because whenever I delete it off of the list the problem corrects itself. But...when I restart Firefox Snoopy has returned and it sends me to one of my other themes. I have tried finding the file for Snoopy but I don't find themes anywhere. How can I delete (uninstall) a theme manually. It doesn't work to use the uninstall in the themes tab. I have to go into themes every time I open FF because it messes up the fonts in the menu and I can't read them. As soon as I select any theme other than Snoopy the fonts start working correctly and it switches to the theme I chose. I also uninstall Snoopy, but as soon as I restart FF it all comes back.

It is a Personas, not a Theme. When yo go to Tools / Add-ons, did you see a tab called "Personas"? If so, "Snoopy Rain" should be there and you can uninstall it from there.

Ok. Now I understand the difference between Personas and Themes. Thanks! I am more than willing to contact the developer but I don't see how. I logged in and looked around but I don't see a place to leave feedback for developers. It says at the address you sent me to contact the developer directly instead of leaving a comment in the evaluation box. How do I do that? Thanks in advance.
I see what you mean. You have two options:
1. Submit your question in the form of "review", hoping that the developer (Brenda) will see it and help you out.
2. Post your question in Personas forum, maybe someone else can give you a hand:
