Hello, For some reason, over the past couple of months I have been searching for varied emails and they are missing! At one point, I found that some had been put in an archive folder (that I did NOT set up) and they were recent emails. I removed them from the folder, placed them back in the regular inbox and deleted that folder. When I could not find another very important series of emails today, after searching numerous ways, I looked in the server and missing emails are there. I did look at a number of email threads where other people reported similar problems... but couldn't figure out what applied to my situation and how to fix this. To show a specific example, I attached two images ... the first is my Thunderbird email account that shows one Email only on Feb 18, 2024. The Juno server image shows 7 emails on that same date, four which were important contracts that were sent to me. '''Can you please help me locate and retrieve these and other missing emails?
