Import what ? Are you wanting to copy old profile on old computer to a new computer ? Are you trying to import an mbox file from one one profile to another? Are you trying to import an address book file? Are you trying to set up a new mail account? Have you already created an existing mail account, but it's not downloading emails? Do you get any error messages ? If yes, then post image of error message or state clearly word for word what that error message says. What OS are you using? what version of Thunderbird are you using?
