'Pam Price Re' is the folder name? Why did the folder exist initially? Have you attempted to delete from the online account first?

Pam Price Re is the folder I created to store email content from her. I cannot find where to delete this folder other than the right click delete option. This folder continue to re-appear in 2 places, there is no online account. When creating the folder it did not set or lineup like all other folders in my Thunderbird email. Thanks for your assistance

You might check to see if you have a saved search or filter that references the folders. That's just my guess, but Thunderbird needs something to be telling it to create the folder.
