I think Thunderbird internal spam settings are not letting important messages to be delivered.
It seems that e-mails from one particular e-mail address, solidifi_values@solidifi.com are being blocked or filtered out as spam. I need Thunderbird to recognize this address and allow all e-mails from this address to be delivered to me. This is the second time I have posted this request. I would very much appreciated it if someone would call me @ 530 412-2260 or respond via e-mail to hartleyappraisal@mindspring.com

First, I suggest checking online to see if your email provider is placing in spam before message is seen by Thunderbird. That is a common situation, as many email providers do basic spam checking. Next, I suggest creating a filter to move the message to inbox. The junk filter needs ongoing maintenance and teaching to improve results. But for one important email id, a filter can be a good choice.
