You can do this by disabling all developer tools via about:config or via a policy.json file.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. On the warning page, you can click "Accept the Risk and Continue" to open about:config.

Sorry but HOW is this supposed to stop Firefox from displaying Inspector when pressing f12 for ex ?
