Column header colors ver. 102.8.0 (64-bit)
I have tried the solutions posted in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1362468#answer-1469591 to change the column header color. The solution worked on my windows 10 pro laptop, but not on my office Win 10 pro desktop. I did exactly the same for both machines. I also tried the solution "Didnt work for me right away, had to place the file in another folder, think has something to do with new version of firefox. My new directory\file was: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\<string>.default-release\chrome\userChrome.css"
Both computers are on TB ver. 102.8.0 (64-bit). Any ideas? Many thanks.

All I can suggest is to verify that you placed the file in the correct profile. You can do that by clicking help>moretroubleshootingiformation and scroll down to 'Profile Folder' and click 'open folder' and then check that the desired userChrome.css is in that chrome folder. You ALSO need In config editor set toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true to allow use of the chrome folder.
Hi David, As I said, This was successful on my laptop. The exact same procedure was done on my desktop, and rechecked 3 times.
I understand but, to me, I fear somewhere something is not set properly. That is why I was suggesting a revisit.
