Your signup form will, I assume, send the message to your email id. When you retrieve the message in TB, you could have an auto response sent, but all you will have is the form in your inbox. I don't know what else you want to achieve. The FROM address in the email will probably NOT be the recipients, using the REPLY TO address instead.
