Firstly, I prefer not to use the latest version of Firefox and don't wish to get involved in a discussion regarding this decision. After contacting the above UK bank regarding my inability to access their virtual assistant in order to send them a message (a new function they've come up with), after going through all troubleshooting methods they suggested (clear cache, delete cookies), I was eventually told that this is a recognised problem with Firefox, and was advised to go to Microsoft Edge. Obviously I don't want to do this. Is there a way round this, please?
