Steps to replicate the issue and a screenshot of the issue would help. Warning... we are currently having issues with the upload server. Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf What operating system? What version of Firefox?

Firefox does not need to be logged into, with the exception of when you are using the Primary (Master) Password in the Password Manager.

Please post screenshots of what is going on.
