My email will not load. The loading page immediately starts flashing on and off and never completes loading. This problem started spontaneously. My email does work properly on microsoft edge, so the problem isn't with my email provider.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
