What kind of exceptions are you referring to ?

Exceptions for cookies shouldn't be a problem and can be managed via *Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Exceptions".

You can set other exceptions via "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions" for the website in the current tab.

Exceptions for Enhanced Tracking Protection can only be set by clicking the shield in the location bar when you have opened this website in a tab by moving the slider to the off position.
