Nope and no idea why you ask. Passwords saving in firefox does not work at all. Just to prove it i was just locked out because it gave me wrong password. Why? PASSWORD SAVING DOES NOT WORK.

In what way is saving passwords not working ? Doesn't Firefox show a prompt to save a password ? Do you see stored passwords in Lockwise ?

Note that it should be possible to create a new login manually in Lockwise if Firefox doesn't offer to save the password. If autofill is enabled and isn't working for a saved login then you should be able to use "Fill Login" and "Fill Password" in the right-click context menu of username and password fields on the web page.

It just does not work. I have no idea how to explain it. Think about the passwords thing in firefox. Think about what it does. That, not for me. All it does is cause problems after problems and I am tired of it.

here is an example. I go to a new page. make new name and password. a little box pops, do you want firefox to remember this for next time? Why? it does not save at all so why is it asking me? I close browser, go to same page it either does not populate or populates with wrong name and pass. So i change password and when I do guess what firefox does? Asks if I want to update the password! Viewed saved logins? Why? useless. I am on a page, trying to figure out why i am not getting right name and password, i click view saved logins and it brings me to the most useless place possible.

Bottom this browser was once ontop and god-like. Over the last 5 years or so this browser has gotten so bad that i rather use netscape navigator, at least that worked and every body who owns a website at least said my website works on netscape navigator compared to the thousands of websites that say do not use firefox! it is sad very very very very sad

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.

Can you create a new login manually in Lockwise?

If that isn't working then try to remove logins.json and key4.db in the profile folder.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

I do not understand here at all. Any idea how frustrating this is?

I go to webpage. make an account. Firefox itself, nothing else but firefox is asking me to save the password. I CLICK YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I close the browser, go to the same webpage, no account is there. I have to manually type it in.

Sometimes i forget password. I reset password. THEN FIREFOX ITSELF, NOTHING ELSE, ASKS ME IF I WANT TO UPDATE THE SAVED LOGIN

The Firefox Password Manager securely stores the usernames and passwords you use to access websites and then automatically fills them in for you the next time you visit a website.

It does not do this at all.

Try rebooting the computer.
