On Login browser opens 1 homepage tab instead of 2

I've long had Firefox set to open two homepages (different emails) in two tabs. Today, it only opens the first but not the second. I checked and both are still entered as custom URL's with the | character between them. How do I get this to work again?

Now it doesn't even open one. I'm getting a blank tab even though I have selected 2 custom URL's.
