Silverlight issue
I have been running xactimate online software on FIREFOX version 52.9.0 on Macbook Pro 2019 13 inch but suddenly it stop working and it giving the error 'Xactimate Online requires Isolated Storage to be enabled. Please enable isolated storage'. The screenshot of error is also attached.
However, I tried everything by going into silverlight preferences but no success. Helpful and prompt reply would be appreciated.

Local storage isn't available in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

Hi Danish, could I suggest raising this question with Microsoft and checking on MacOS forums, in case an update to MacOS is affecting Isolated Storage?
As you can imagine, Firefox 52 ESR hasn't changed, so unless you created a new profile you are just now setting up, I don't think you have a browser issue. But if you have adjusted any settings relevant to storage -- including cookie handling -- you might double-check: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them (note that the instructions for your version may have been removed by now; sorry!).
Wohoo! Problem solved. I disable the cookies by clicking on the 'don't remember history'.
