Disable icon folder animation in library window

Hi, I want to disable the animation when the mouse is hover the folder icon in the library window in the downloads list. I already have setup my userChrome.css and my userContent.css files in the last Firefox BETA version.

And i haven't found the CSS rule in the Firefox Dev Toolbox (after selecting the places.xhtml choice) with do that.
