Shortcuts to Thunderbird indicates it's been uninstalled, I have no record of that and did not initiate.
Just typed full description, lost connection and all input lost. Thunderbird has been uninstalled and all that I an find is: Tobe Deleted and Defaults folders in Thunderbird Folder and rep91026f9e-471f-4d86-8c8f-b3381f883eda file with created date of 12/2/16, Modifed of 9/9/19 and Accessed of 9/17/19. I used iobit uninstaller and no record of any uninstall is noted. Please advise. Win 7 64.

I have no idea of what you have done, or what software you have installed to remove Thunderbird. I suggest you reinstall the product from thunderbird.net and hope whatever software you used did not also remove your profile data.
To be clear I didn't uninstall Thunderbird, nor cause it up to be uninstalled. I was surprised and extremely worried that some infection had caused the problem and might even remain on my system. I will not install apps not even power up the machine to preserve any data that might be 9v0ver_

In that case no one here can help you. I suggest you take the device to a qualified technician and pay them to fix it. Although I doubt it is broken.
