If it seems to be a scrambled up version of the "overflow" button on the Bookmarks Toolbar -- or another toolbar button -- does it make any difference if you click it a couple times?

(1) "show more favorites" button.

(2) yea. after clicking disappears. but it was strange this glitch. Now, with the new firefox 70, I didn't notice it anymore (at least so far).

I don't know whether this affected by changes to the graphics back end in Firefox 69 or whether it was just a one-time glitch. We'll have to wait for reports from other Firefox 69 users.
