How do I fix the error message "SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_ALERT." Prior we had the ability to add exceptions not the advanced button is not available.

I am connection to a network device. I was previously able to add an exception via a button on the page with the error. Since the last update I have lost the ability to add this exception. My only choice is to not use Firefox.

Hi csamuel61, could you copy/paste the error page text into a reply? Usually you can create an exception unless the site previously instructed Firefox that it requires HSTS (strict transport security).
