A company has taken over my email from the server - it's a pop server and I only get emails from this one company and all my other emails stay on the server.

When opening up Thunderbird, I had about about 25 emails from this company (Rotita) - all dated 3/7/19. It was the same email. More came in when I opened it up but no other emails appeared. I contacted my internet provider (Sonic) and we discovered that when I logged into the server webmail - I had lots of other emails. It appears that this Rotita - blocked all my emails from going to Thunderbird and instead just sent the same Rotita email. We changed the password and it still happened even after they blocked the sender. I ran Malbytes and they only found one item which they quarantined, but I did that before we changed the password. My internet provider does not have any ideas and I am at a loss - I like using Thunderbird rather than the webmail. Can you help?

Thanks!

Too bad your providers help desk was not smart enough to have you delete or move the problem email jamming up your Inbox.

This happens at times where a message has issues and creates a blockage since it downloads over and over. Sometimes it is the message itself and other times it is your antivirus software rejecting it and it keeps trying.

Deleting the problem message or moving it out of the Inbox usually solves the issue.
